Netball League 1 Winners!

Isaac Newton pupils triumphed on Friday in League Fixtures held at Priory Ruskin Academy. 

With the weather against them, the team had to endure wind and rain in which to play their matches. Despite this, they played some outstanding netball. Their movement across the court was fantastic, they intercepted balls and their shooting was accurate. Playing 4 other primary schools, they scored 19 goals and only conceded 1!! Once all games were played, the scores were totalled and having won all our games, they were announced as the overall winners of League 1! 

Mrs Atter, Laura and Mr Doughty are so proud of all the pupils, who showed huge resilience and were warriors all evening! What an outstanding performance!
